Chicken breast with sesame and sautéed vegetables (serves four)
Ingredients
Chicken breast 800 g
Vegetables (carrot, zucchinis, eggplant, mushrooms) 1 kg
Sesame seeds 50 g
Oil 100 ml
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Thinly dice the vegetables. Heat the oil in a large pan, stir-fry the vegetables, and season to taste. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces, season them to taste, and coat with the sesame seeds. Fry on some oil until golden. Serve warm.
Pasta Carbonara (serves four)
Ingredients
Ground beef 300 g
Cream 400 ml
Eggs 4
Grated cheese 150 g
Pasta 500 g
Parsley 50 g
Oil 100 ml
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Put a large pot with 5 L of salted water on to boil. Once the water has reached a boil, add the pasta, and cook. Heat the oil in a large sauté pan, add the ground beef, and cook until browned. Add the cream and leave to cook. When the pasta is ready, drain it and put it in the pan. Toss everything to combine. Finish off by adding egg yolks, grated cheese and finely chopped parsley. Serve warm.

Greek salad (serves four)
Ingredients
Feta cheese 300 g
Cherry tomatoes 300 g
Cucumber 300 g
Peppers 300 g
Onion 200 g
Olives 100 g
Lettuce 100 g
Balsamic vinegar 100 ml
Olive oil 100 ml
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Cut the vegetables into even 2-centimeter cubes. Put them in a large bowl, add olives, and cheese cut in the same way. Season to taste with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve cold on lettuce leaves.
Pasta with tomato sauce (serves four)
Ingredients
Cherry tomatoes 500 g
Peeled tomatoes (pelati) 400 g
Garlic 100 g
Grated cheese 150 g
Pasta 500 g
Oil 100 ml
Salt
Pepper
Fresh basil
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a large sauté pan, add the garlic, and cook until lightly browned. Add the sliced cherry tomatoes and cook for a short while. Mix in the peeled tomatoes, season everything to taste, and leave to cook. Cook the pasta. Mix it in with the tomato sauce. Finish off by adding fresh basil to taste. Serve warm.
Tuna salad (serves four)
Ingredients
Tuna 200 g
String beans 300 g
Cherry tomatoes 300 g
Lettuce 200 g
Onion 100 g
Corn kernels 200 g
Capers 20 g
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Cut all the ingredients into small pieces, mix them together in a large bowl, and season to taste. Serve cold.
