Forget about refined sugar and flour, as well as fats like butter or sunflower oil. Be active and work on yourself
Make a decision that will affect you as a person, an individual who is part of a bigger picture. Work on yourself to be a better person, a better friend, a better parent, a better partner, a better version of yourself… How to achieve that? There is no magical formula. It could be meditation, or quite the opposite, active exercise such as hiking and diving, or maybe learning a new skill, or gaining new knowledge.
Defeat yourself and run your first half marathon or marathon. Make a list of all the books you want to read in 2022. Sign up for a pottery course or drawing and painting classes. Have you been wanting to learn a new language for a long time? Now is the time to finally make it happen!
